These are stacked dual active area silicon photodiodes with the same spectral range responsivity of 350-1100nm and are integrated into a single package. They allow for the simultaneous detection of the same wavelength range with two discrete signals. This integration enables the intrinsic matching of separate top and bottom photodiode outputs.
