Silicon Photodiodes

Our silicon photodiodes are designed to detect light across a wide range of wavelengths - from ultraviolet to near-infrared regions (200-1100nm). These highly reliable photodiodes offer high performance, making them ideal for various applications such as position sensing, power monitoring, and more. Si Visible to NIR (350-100nm) Photodiodes

Sensitive to light from the visible spectrum up to the infrared region and demonstrate exceptional sensitivity, particularly in the near-infrared range.

Si UV and Super Blue Enhanced (200-1100nm) Photodiodes

These Silicon PIN photodiodes are highly sensitive to UV and super blue light, designed with optimized responsivity from 200-400nm or 450nm and above. They offer superior low-noise and high-speed performance.

Si Quadrant, Bi-Cell Segmented Photodiodes

These photodiodes comprise 2 or 4 elements with extremely low cross talk and fast response times. They are commonly used for precise centering or nulling applications.

Si Solderable Chip /Die

Bare silicon photodiode chips are available with or without flying leads for OEM applications with space constraints that require detector integration and optimization. They are ideal for precision metrology and analytical equipment use and can be bonded directly onto substrates. 

Si Detector Filter Combination

Silicon photodetectors are commonly used in analytical instrumentation, colorimetry, and medical diagnostics applications. They are paired with integrated optical filters that limit spectral response to targeted wavelengths, enabling selective detection and eliminating the need for external filter mounting.

Si Two Color Sandwich Detectors

These are stacked dual active area silicon photodiodes with the same spectral range responsivity of 350-1100nm and are integrated into a single package. They allow for the simultaneous detection of the same wavelength range with two discrete signals. This integration enables the intrinsic matching of separate top and bottom photodiode outputs. These photodiodes are typically used for non-contact temperature measurement and other dual detection requirements.

Si Photodiode Amplifier Hybrids (OPEN Loop)

These devices have a fixed gain and bandwidth and contain a silicon photodiode with an integrated Transimpedance Amplifier (TIA) all-in-one package. They provide a complete photodetector amplification solution without requiring external feedback components. These photodiodes are ideal for analytical and industrial applications as they offer precise light detection and measurement. 

Si Photodiode Amplifier Hybrids (CLOSED Loop)

Silicon photodiodes are integrated with a low-noise Transimpedance Amplifier (TIA) in the same package. External feedback components allow adjustable gain and bandwidth control, enabling precise configuration for specific application needs.
